I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are seeking emotional support and wellness. I work with clients both virtually and in person out of the Blue Heron Health Collective building located in the Methow Valley.

I'm delighted to be back in the Methow Valley, serving my hometown by offering mental health counseling to clients of all ages in the community. I strongly believe that seeking counseling is a valuable step toward improving aspects of your life and relationships that may no longer be working.

Qualifications
I have a range of education and experience that has allowed me to enter the counseling field prepared and open to working with people of all ages and experiences.
BA in International Development from the University of Washington, Seattle
MPA in Public Policy and Governance from the University of Washington, Seattle
MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University, Spokane
Exposed to a range of evidence-based practices, bright colleagues, and clients while working at Center for Solace in Spokane.
Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate (LMHCA) and Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA)
National Board-Certified Counselor (NCC) through a rigorous, examination-based, professional certification program
Member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and the International Centre for Excellence in Emotion Focused Therapy (ICEEFT)
Currently training to become certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples

I utilize an integrated humanistic approach to counseling that draws from various modalities, including psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioral, existentialism, and mindfulness-based interventions. My strength lies in tailoring my counseling methods to align with each client's unique needs, values, and cognitive awareness.
